Krishnam Nukti is a Falihari substance, which can be made on the fasting day as prasad and Falihari.

Ingredients for making Krishnam Nukti :-
- Water chestnut flour - One cup
- Milk - One cup
- Sugar - One cup
- Cardamom powder - One pinch
- Ghee/ Refined Oil - For fry

Method of making Krishnam Nukti :-
First of all, take water chestnut flour and add some milk to it, mix it well and prepare the batter.
Now to make sugar syrup in a pan, add a quarter cup of water to a cup of sugar and boil it until a wire syrup is formed. And then keep it for some time to cool down to normal temperature.
Now take a pan and heat some ghee or refined oil into it. When ghee or refined oil is ready to fry, hold the perforated spoon a little above pan and pour 2-3 spoon of the batter on the perforated spoon. Now this batter will then drop into the pan in the form of small circular droplets.
Carefully keep the perforated spoon aside and fry them till they change colour and are crispy.
It takes 2-3 minutes to fry the nukti. Nukti immediately takes a red colour due to the milk solution. Remove the nukti on the absorbent paper so that the excess oil will absorb by the paper.
In this way, make whole solution of nukti. And let it cool down a bit.
Put the prepared nukti in a string syrup for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, remove the nukti with the help of a deep perforated spoon. And
offer the prepared Krishnam nukti to Lord Krishna as Neyavadya.
